Meet Team RSVP

Rich Campbell President & CEO

Rich founded Atlantis over 25 years ago, looking to create a unique place for the gay community to come together to play. In 2007, RSVP became part of the Atlantis family, and since that time has continued to produce amazing and unique RSVP all-gay vacation experiences. Prior to founding Atlantis, Rich was a management consultant for strategy firm McKinsey & Company, specializing in the Media and Electronics industries. He has also worked in various freelance development and production jobs in Hollywood.
Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and came to California to attend USC Film School’s graduate program. He flies around 250,000 miles a year, some of it for fun.

Jim Cone Vice President of Marketing

Jim is RSVP’s and Atlantis’s dual-branded marketing lead. Prior to joining the team, he held senior marketing positions with Hilton Worldwide, Loews Hotels & Resorts, and DineEquity, Inc. Having caught the travel bug from his parents, he was destined for a career in hospitality. Jim followed his passion and earned his B.S. from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and an M.B.A. in marketing from The University of Southern California. In addition to exploring the world, Jim loves to hike, kayak, cook, and do pretty much anything on or near the ocean.
