RSVP Vacations Makes Booking Easy
You can book your RSVP Vacations trip by calling RSVP Vacations at 800.328.RSVP (7787) Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time or writing us at Info@RSVPvacations.com. You can also contact your favorite travel agent or find a travel agent near you to help with more information and your reservation.
Booking with RSVP Vacations directly
You can book your RSVP Vacations trip directly with us. Our agents will be able to assist you with all matters concerning the trip you are booking. However, in most cases, they will not be able to assist you with airfare, pre or post hotel stays or additional items of this nature unless they are included in the trip.
To make your reservation with RSVP Vacations directly call us at 800.328.RSVP (7787) or email us at Info@RSVPvacations.com. Once our agents have confirmed your reservation they will provide you with confirmation numbers and request that you fax your completed reservation request form to us at 612.729.2809. Please fill in all of the information excluding the Travel Agency Area. This form provides us with the information we need to finalize your booking. It also specifies our payment and cancellation policies, which are outlined below. Please read this information carefully. Our deposit and cancellation policies may be stricter than other vacations you've purchased.
Booking With a Travel or Cruise Agency
Your travel agent can help you with all aspects of your vacation, including flights, pre or post hotels, or other information and recommendations.
When booking your RSVP Vacations trip through a travel or cruise agent you'll need to complete and sign a
reservation request form. This form provides us with all of the information we need to finalize your booking. It also specifies our payment and cancellation policies (see below). Please read this information carefully. Our deposit and cancellation policies may be stricter than other vacations you've purchased. Present this form to your travel agent who will finalize your reservation with RSVP Vacations.
Approximately one month prior to your trip departure RSVP Vacations will send your travel documentation to your travel agent. They will verify the information we provide and pass it along to you. You may receive additional information directly from RSVP Vacations but expect to receive all of the documents you need for travel from your travel agent.
Paying for Your RSVP Vacations trip is simple.
RSVP Vacations offers a simple payment schedule. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Unless otherwise noted, our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

Name Change Policy
A name change fee may be charged for each name changed. Name changes may not be allowed within 90 days of the scheduled departure.
Trip Insurance
Honestly, it's not a bad idea, since it covers your travel costs/expenses in the event you need to cancel. To make it simple, RSVP Vacations has contracted with Travelex to provide you with this service. Just call 800.228.9792 or visit www.travelexinsurance.com for details. (Please note that you must purchase your trip insurance within 21 days of purchasing your RSVP Vacations trip in order to waive any pre-existing limitations.)
