Selling our vacations is a privilege available only to agents who meet high customer service and image standards. Accordingly, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when dealing with us, your customers, and the media. As a matter of fact as many as 40% of our guests rebook within the next year. The average RSVP vacation is worth almost $300 in commissions. Commission Levels Based on Total Yearly Sales
(not including taxes, fees and pre paid gratuities)
- 10% for sales of $0 – 49,999
- 12% for sales of $50,000 – 149,999
- 13% for sales of $150,000 – 399,999
- 14% for sales of $400,000 – 749,999
- 15% for sales greater than $749,999
Other info:
- Commission rates are calculated according to agency total bookings for all of our programs in a single calendar year and carry over through the following year.
- Taxes, gratuities, and transfers are not commissionable
- Commissions will be paid two weeks after each trip returns. Commissions may be deducted from sales only when final payment is made by the agent.

Deposits & Cancellation
All reservation forms must be accompanied by a deposit as indicated in our current brochure and on our website. Final and full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. If a reservation is cancelled or re-booked to a different trip, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

Client Protection
When we accept “re-booking” reservations during our vacations, the client always remains your client. You will receive written confirmation of all reservations booked by a client directly from our office.
We protect and support our agents under all circumstances, and will do everything in our power to ensure your ongoing success. You are our primary sales force and are essential to our success.
Agency Discounts
We encourage you to experience our vacations firsthand. RSVP vacations are available to full-time employees of travel agencies for a net non-commissionable rate. You may bring one travel companion per employee at this rate. Part time employees and outside sales staff are not eligible for this discount. Proof of employment in the form of an IATA card will be required. This rate is not a stand-by rate and is available at any time. Regular reservation rules, payment schedule, and cancellation policies apply. Single rooms are available for the normal supplement charge. Please call us for current rates. Payment for agency discount travel must be made by agency check. Not all programs have an agency rate.
Agency Eligibility
Selling our vacations is a privilege available only to bona fide travel agents who meet high customer service and image standards. Agents must have a valid IATA or CLIA identification to be eligible to serve as an authorized RSVP agent.
Travel agents may not receive commissions on booking themselves on an RSVP vacation unless they have booked at least four other clients within the previous twelve months. Exceptions are possible in limited circumstances but must be approved in advance by RSVP.
Marketing
Due to our unique relationship with our vendors, we ask to review all advertising by local agents in advance of publication. Additionally, presenting a consistent, high-quality image to the public is in our mutual interest. We advertise in national and international media, online, and in select local papers.
No ads may be placed in any media using either the RSVP or any of our vendor's logos without our prior written approval. Please contact us at least one week prior to your deadline for approval.
We do encourage you to advertise RSVP vacations locally and would be happy to provide you with creative support, and co-op advertising support in some cases. Custom marketing pieces may be designed as well.
Additional Rules
No Solicitation Rule
To maintain the quality and integrity of our guest experience, Agents may not solicit clients while traveling on RSVP vacations. No Agency who has had an agent travel on RSVP may book or “claim” a new client who is (1) not their original client and (2) has traveled with RSVP during the past three (3) years.
Guests may not request to move their agency relationship to a Travel Agent that they meet on an Atlantis vacation, regardless of circumstances.
